The office is located in a brand new residential quarter in the New Town of Vilnius. A long promenade between the surrounding high rise buildings leads to its doorstep where, through the fine blinds, your sight captures its ample workspace. This space is discrete, offering only some subtle flirtatious clue as to what lies within. In this intriguing moment you step inside and feel the sense of minimal intervention. A deep black, intense greys and pale white tones are punctuated by the vivid colour bursts of the wooden blinds that illuminate and soften the interior atmosphere. These slatted blinds cast wonderful lines of sharp, playful light that contrast/complement the ceiling grid, which displays an industrial aesthetic. Walls are kept white, offsetting the black highlights and modular partitions that frame the different scenarios of the work environment. The working space and spacious waiting room can constantly transform themselves, depending on the situation. The material palette is kept minimal and precisely selected to complete the composition, while clean, structural furniture compliments the simple layout.
This is a distinct version of minimalism.
