Business Garden Vilnius is a commercial office development comprising four office buildings and one parking structure. Phase 1 of the development, completed by 2021, includes two office buildings and full landscape development. In Phase 2, another two office buildings and a parking structure will be constructed to fulfill the master plan initiated in Phase 1. The parking structure will serve the parking needs of the four office buildings. Additionally, a bouldering wall has been integrated into the parking structure's facade, offering another outdoor activity among the site's many existing activities.

The landscape features recreational zones and playgrounds that complement the existing greenery, extending throughout the plot. This landscape design forms a continuous soft barrier between the urbanized south side and the existing pine forest to the north.
