Located in the new Paupys quarter, the office organically blends into the unique environment of the district, where the spirit of the old town connects with the industrial details of the surrounding buildings. The interior naturally extends the architecture of the building, weaving the atmosphere of the district inside the office. The exceptional harmony of the interior and exterior is sensitively connected by the views of rusty and concrete facades, cozy wooden details and picturesque panorama of the old town churches.
The vitality of the district is conveyed by the open plan office where the rooms are connected over several floors in the overlapping architectural volumes, designed by A.Ambrasas. While walking through the building, it creates a cozy illusion as if you are romantically climbing the roofs of the old town where the planes dreamingly fly over your head.
The coziness of the interior is achieved by combing different natural materials together: natural wood with concrete; rusty metal elements with warm coloured furniture and bright acoustic panels. Particular attention is paid to the natural light coming from the large windows with the artificial lighting systems that complementing the natural one. For the maximum comfort of the office workers a particular attention is paid to sound insulation, innovative acoustic solutions and workplace ergonomics.
The office is designed according to the modern working culture, which nowadays stands out for its mobility. Standard and alternative workplaces, reservation systems, different leisure corners- all this will allow employees to choose the most inspiring working atmosphere for the day. The large meeting rooms and the possibility to separate them with the glass partitions gives opportunity to change the working environment in just a few moments, while the cozy living space combined with a functional kitchen offers a relaxing break during lunch or after work. On the top floor of the office, guests are welcomed to the meeting rooms that breathtakingly hang above the old town church towers, and the spacious terrace enchants with the picturesque views of the Belmont Forest.
